Case Study - HeliBeds (SME)

Problem

HeliBeds is a Wiltshire based bed retailer. They had grown their store portfolio to around 50 stores in England & Wales but saw an opportunity to significantly increase their turnover and profitability by opening an online store. Their existing 'brochureware' website was poor and did not effectively showcase their brand, products or offer.

Solution

Peter Hawtin developed a new web strategy that included:

  • developing and launching a new website
  • KeyWord research to identify the search terms most likely to attract web leads and convert web visitors to valuable customers
  • Google Pay Per Click campaigns to attract target prospects
  • Web analytics to identify what's working and what isn't

Results

In the first month after launch, website attributed sales went from zero to over £100,000 and continued to perform above this level for the next 12 months.
