SEO & email marketing lead the way for internet marketing ROI

This year's email census by Econsultancy rates internet marketing channels in terms of return on investment.

Around three quarters of companies surveyed rate SEO (73%) and email marketing (72%) as excellent or good with respect to marketing return on investment. Paid search (PPC) is ranked 3rd with 56% ahead of social media with 44%.
