Apple announced record iPhone sales last quarter and a record net profit but the media chose to position this as a problem!
If it was my company, I would consider DQ sales of $76bn and a record net profit of $18bn has a ‘reasonable’ result. However, much of the media bizarrely seems to portray this as a problem. For example, BrandRepublic headlined with ‘Apple’s iPhone sales flat for first time in history of flagship smartphone’
It looks like a problem that most companies would be pleased to have!
